Where Is China Headed Under Xi Jinping? Unstable Stability

xi

"What is the state of China at present and where is it headed under Xi Jinping's leadership?  China's government likes to present an image of stability and progress--but how accurate is this? Is it accurate or a facade? What are the unseen fissures and challenges that Xi Jinping and the ruling Communist Party face? In this special lecture, Professor David Shambaugh will evaluate the state of China's politics, its economy and society, its foreign relations, the key variables and likely trajectory of the country in the near future."
