Dr. Hongcai Liu (PhD) is an Associate Professor at Nanjing University of the Arts and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Chicago, Boston University and UC Berkeley. Her recent work is focused on Chinese Buddhist art. Her first book is "Chinese Buddhist Art in the Collections of Harvard Art Museums, Yale University Art Gallery and Museum of Fine Arts, Boston" (Shanghai Joint Publishing Corporation, 2019). Her second book, "Chinese Buddhist Art in the Collections of the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco," is currently in press.
